Refund policy

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, email us at info@fetchdco.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
